Refund Policy

At Kobra Machines, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued
  • Return instructions will be provided by our support team
  • A return shipping label may be provided depending on eligibility

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

4. Non-Returnable Items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Return the original item (if approved)
  • Place a new order separately for replacement items

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return approval and inspection
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
