Shipping Policy

At Kobra-Machines.com – owned and operated by Technelium LLC, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and reliably throughout the 48 contiguous United States.

01Order Processing Time

  • All orders require approximately 1–3 business days for processing and shipment.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a separate shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on business days are generally processed the same day.

02Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, freight carriers, and LTL shipping providers depending on the size and weight of the product.
  • Standard delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Large industrial shredders and freight shipments may require additional transit time depending on destination and delivery requirements.

03Shipping Rates

  • Machines ship free, dock to dock, within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Lift Gate Service: $120 per order. If your delivery address has no loading dock, the freight truck needs a lift gate to lower the machine to the ground. You can add Lift Gate Service in your cart for any machine. It is added automatically when your order includes a machine over 200 lb; if you have a loading dock you can remove it.
  • Supplies (bags, oil, filters, blades, parts and accessories) ship for $25 per item. Cyclone screens, SSD grinder screens and 1-gallon oil ship for $35 per item.
  • Additional charges may apply for inside delivery, limited-access locations, appointment delivery or other special freight handling requirements.

04Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the Continental United States.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website.

05Freight & Large Equipment Deliveries

  • Industrial shredders and heavy equipment may ship via LTL freight carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for freight delivery.
  • Machines are delivered dock to dock. Sites without a loading dock need Lift Gate Service (see section 3). Other freight services such as inside delivery or appointment delivery may incur extra charges.

06Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.
  • You can use the provided tracking information to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

07Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • Please inspect all shipments upon delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or delayed, contact us immediately so our support team can assist you.
