- Standard delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Large industrial shredders and freight shipments may require additional transit time depending on destination and delivery requirements.

- Free freight shipping is available on qualifying orders above $1,000 within the Continental United States.
- For orders under $1,000, shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the delivery location, including ZIP code, city, state, package dimensions, weight, and freight requirements.
- Additional charges may apply for residential deliveries, liftgate services, limited-access locations, or special freight handling requirements.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the Continental United States.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website.
5. Freight & Large Equipment Deliveries
- Industrial shredders and heavy equipment may ship via LTL freight carriers.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for freight delivery.
- Additional freight services such as inside delivery, liftgate service, or appointment delivery may incur extra charges.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.
- You can use the provided tracking information to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
7. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- Please inspect all shipments upon delivery.
